s2 layout: leave no trace of grace [flexible squares]
Fellow Merlin fans may want to take a peeksee at my merlin versions of this layout over at [info]merlinxarthur :)

CODES AT THE LIVE PREVIEWS

installation

01.

Choose Journal Style

02.

Select a Flexible Squares layout in "Select a New Theme"

03.

In Choose a Page Setup select 2 Column (sidebar on right) or 2 Column (sidebar on left) .

04.

Go to " Customise your Theme " and then "Style ". Change the "Background color of the outer table" to #303030.

05.

Then go to the "Sidebar " section. Make sure that the Links List and Blurb are enabled. This is also where you add the free text.

06.

Still in "Customise your Theme", go to "Custom CSS ". Ensure Use layout's stylesheet(s) is set to no

07.

Paste code into the Custom Stylesheet box.

Second line down. Where it says

.headerimage {position: relative; background: url(); width: 760px; height: 0px; background-repeat: no-repeat;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom: 0px; }

put your header url between the brackets and and your header's height and width in their respective sections.

Also snagged the yellow/green one for my personal journal, I just adore this layout!

I changed the width to 800, somehow I managed to do that right in the coding, but now all the comments are the same width and also I can't find where to change the width of the bit with these links: Previous | Memories | Tell a Friend | Track | Flag | Next

If you aren't too swamped, would be happy to hear if know how to fix that? Please? If not, no probs, I shall live with it .. :)

Change the width of .skiplinks { to width:780px;.

For the comments, check that in Customise Journal Style -> Display -> Presentation -> Additional options, you have Set the user picture position for each entry set to "Left".

Took the 2nd one thanks! Is there a way to make the space where the links are under the header a bit smaller - there's just too much space there for my liking. Maybe get rid of tiny font links since I already have the big ones? Thank you!
