installation
>> Customise Journal
>> Select Grays Flexible Squares by Yati Mansor layout in "Select a New Theme"
>> For plus accounts, in add settings, select horizontal placement or between entries.
>>Go to "Customise your Theme" and then "Style". Change the "Background color of the outer table" to #ffffff.
>> Then go to the "Sidebar" section. If you want your userpic to show up, make sure it's enabled. Also, make sure the ordering is set to this: Default Userpic, Blurb, Link List. (thanks, [info]dutchxfan!)
>>Still in "Customise your Theme", go to "Custom CSS". Ensure that you select not to use the Use layout's stylesheet(s)
>> Into the Custom Stylesheet box, paste the following:

However, I'm having trouble with my blurb. Whatever I type, whether it be short or long, it always sits right at the bottom of the top bar. Like, it isn't all nice and centered like on the example.

I'll try the padding thing you suggested, but I don't think that really applies to me, because it's like my blurb starts at the bottom and overflows, rather than starting at the top and center and then overflowing.

Hi, I'm having a hard time getting the page to look the way it should ._. I followed all your instructions but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It looks pretty much alright to me, except that I have a links list and a blurb.
If you have those, make sure that they are activated in Sidebar, and if you don't, then change the padding of the topbar in #sidebar { to padding: 10px 5px 100px 5px;. But I would suggest adding a Links List and a Blurb. The Links List controls the height of the topbar, so if it's shorter than either the userpic or the Blurb you will need to increase the padding as suggested in the notes.
