>> In Choose a Page Setup select 2 Column (sidebar on right) .
>>Go to " Customise your Theme " and then "Style ". Change the "Background color of the outer table" to #3F3F3F.
>> Then go to the "Sidebar " section. Make sure that everything you want is enabled. This is also where you add the blurb.
>>Still in "Customise your Theme", go to "Custom CSS ". Ensure Use layout's stylesheet(s) is set to no
>> Paste code into the Custom Stylesheet box.

>> To add a header. The code for this is right at the top: put your url in between the brackets and the width and height in their repective sections.

Yes; it's one of the sample variations of all memories die out. You can see the preview and the get the codes at the live preview here. She's also added a background to hers.

awesome =) and i'm really into using it. thought, a small question, when adding a header I want to make it without the space between it and the lj's propert content. how can i do that? i tried to searching/changing diffenrent sizes in all the "marging-bottom" or "marging-top" options and i can't get it done.

Um, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Do you mean that you want to remove the margin at the top of the content so it and the headerimage sit flush with one another?
